Through years in the industry, Diana recognized that many clients feel overwhelmed by the number of steps involved in real estate transactions —
from contracts and inspections to financing, title services, repairs, and moving logistics.
To better support her community, she founded Warmweather.properties Real Estate Concierge Brokerage. Rather than simply acting as a traditional brokerage, Diana’s concierge approach focuses on providing knowledge, resources, and referrals to the right experts — including title companies, contractors, inspectors, lenders, real estate agents, and other key professionals involved in a successful transaction.

With a background in hospitality and client service, Jessica brings a strong attention to detail, organization, and communication to every stage of the real estate journey. She assists with operational flow, client coordination, and sales support, helping to simplify the many moving parts involved in a transaction.

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Business from the University of Southern California, where she developed a foundation in business, marketing, and client relations. She applies this knowledge to support the brokerage’s concierge model, focusing on efficiency, clarity, and a high level of personalized service.

With over 15 years of customer service experience, Jaime Welcer specializes in technology-driven communication and social media management, helping clients stay informed, connected, and confident throughout their real estate journey.
Her focus is on delivering personalized support and innovative concierge services that simplify the process and create a seamless experience.

Jaime earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Media from Indian River State College in 2020, with a concentration in Web and Print Advanced Technology. By combining strong digital expertise with a personable and adaptable approach, she helps ensure every client receives attentive service tailored to their unique needs.
